Shipping Policy and Info
SHIPPING IS FREE WITH EVERY ONLINE ORDER!! (in continental U.S. only)
- We ship to U.S. and Canada.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California within 4 business days of
receiving payment. Every effort is made to keep sufficient backstock, but occasionally
back-orders will occur. We will notify you of any shipping delays.

Teak Patio Warehouse ships most items via freight (smaller items will ship via UPS)
and a signature will be required upon receipt. Please allow between 10 and 14 business
days for shipments to arrive. For an extra charge, rush delivery is available.

Though all items are hand-pack at our warehouse, it is important to inspect your delivery
and record any damage upon receipt (please refer to our return policy below for more
details).

Most items will arrive "knocked down" (i.e., in a flat box) except where noted otherwise,
including the instruction and hardware necessary for assembly. Most items can be assembled
in less than an hour.

When your shipment arrives, please open your delivery and inspect it with care. Any
shortages or damage should be noted on the carrier's receipt especially when cartons
are crushed, ripped or open. Please report all damage within 7 days of receipt. You
