Return Policy and Procedure
At Teak Patio Warehouse, we take pride in the quality and value of our products.
We hope that you (or your customers) will receive enjoyment from our products for
years to come. Our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee lets you put your teak patio furniture to the test. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days and we will replace the item or refund the cost of the item (customer pays return freight plus 20% restocking fee). In addition, we have a 10 Year Warranty. We will repair or replace any defective product for the 10 Year of the original purchaser. Wear and tear, negligence, misuse, and damage caused by the effects of normal severe weather occurrences or unauthorized repairs are not covered by this warranty.
To return an item under our 10 Year Warranty or 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, please do the following:
- Contact us so we know the shipment is coming to our warehouse
- Carefully repackage the merchandise
- Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post
- Write your order number on the shipping label
- Send your return or exchange to:

CUSHION RETURN POLICY
No returns on cushions (cushions are custom-made).
